Check out their Sunscreen Fact Sheet for all you need to know about what to look for when you’re choosing the right products to buy and use.

Interested in finding out how to reap the rewards of a happier, healthier, more agile body? Take a look at Philippa Burnett‘s website for details of classes at Balance Studio in Newark.

Or get in touch with Sue Cooper, Nottinghamshire’s Ambassador for Community Health and Wellbeing (sue@nuturingideas.co.uk) for more information about the mind/body connection, the work she is doing and how you can benefit from getting involved.
