An inspirational day

Cloud 8Want to get your business off to a winning start, ready to face any challenge? And support a good cause at the same time, with proceeds going to Beaumond House Community Hospice?

Designed to support local businesses and staff, Inspire Day takes place on Thursday 17 March at Kelham Hall in Newark and features inspirational talks from former soldier, triple amputee and author Andy Reid and Ultra Marathon Man Andy McMenemy.

Three interactive training workshops will be held during the day

  • Thinking You Can: Find the key to happiness and success through the power of positive thinking
  • Unity: Discover the importance of unity and how you can achieve harmony in the workplace
  • Knowing Me, Knowing You: Learn to truly understand yourself and others

Guests will also have the chance to take part in the Mindfulness Zone, where they can learn about the practice of mindfulness and try out some techniques for themselves.

The minimum asking donation is £50 per ticket, a substantial discount from the usual cost of £200 per person. Lunch and refreshments are included in the price and any business which donates £100 or more will be offered membership to the Beaumond House Business Club.

The event, which runs from 9am to 4pm, has been organised by training, coaching and staff development specialist Get The Edge UK, with support from various local organisations and businesses.
