Summer of Sport 4 Kids at Suggy’s Gym

summer of sportLooking for ways to occupy the kids over the long school summer holidays?

Why not let Suggy’s Gym give you a hand – and give your 5 to 13 year-olds some fitness fun?

Fully qualified professional coaches will be on hand from 10am to 12 noon every weekday between Monday 28 July and Friday 29 August – it’s going to be a Summer of Sport down on Castlegate in Newark!

Book individual sessions at £8 each per youngster or pay £30 for a full week’s course. And if you book and pay in advance for five sessions a week throughout the whole five weeks, places are just £125 each, with a free pair of handwraps worth £5 for every participant.

On the programme, there’ll be kickboxing, team circuits, boxing, rounders and dodge ball. And each Friday session will end with an hour of Miniolympics, with a certificate for everyone taking part.

The sessions all take place in the Main Gym, so there’s no need to worry about the weather! All equipment will be provided – just send the kids along in comfortable clothing (joggers or shorts, T-shirts and indoor trainers/bare feet) with a bottle of water (also available on sale in the gym).
