A new app being launched today promises to put ‘Notts in your pocket’ by providing a one-stop contact point for all things local.
Free to download from the iTunes app store and the Google Play android store, NG4U has been developed by local graphic design company Graphite and features a local business directory as well as a wide range of information covering such things as train time tables, cinema schedules and the local weather.
“We developed NG4U to support local businesses by helping them to attract passing trade,” says Andy Middleton, managing director of Graphite and the creator of the app.
“It’s aimed at the half a million smartphone users in the Nottinghamshire area, providing people on the go with the means to find exactly the type of business they’re looking for when and where they need it.”
The app will also showcase special offers exclusive to its users from businesses in the directory.
