Rachel loves every minute of meeting the wonderful guests who Girls Around Town bring to Radio Newark listeners on a Sunday orning.  Who knew that there were so many interesting, creative, passionate people living and working in and around Newark!

When not being, very happily, bossed around on Sunday mornings by control freak co-presenter June, Rachel runs her own consultancy.  A daughter, mother, wife (for the second time because she likes it so much), stepmother, and (step) grandmother, she is fortunate to have long-suffering husband Dean running things at home while she’s out working.

Each Sunday she likes to bring small snippets of her life to the Girls Around Town conversations with June and Rosalyn, and normally gets lots of grief from her family because of it.  Well, if you’re going to be on Radio Newark you should be good at oversharing…

As well as being part of the presenting team, Rachel is a regular on the Robin Hood Theatre stage where she can be seen as well as heard.
